Alias Platform - as accessed by You under the terms of our Terms of Use - is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Your personal information. The following data protection and privacy provisions outline the types of data we collect, how it is processed, and the measures we take to ensure its protection in compliance with the applicable Laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using Alias Platform, You consent to your personal data being stored in Europe by Google Cloud Services and transferred to RunPod temporarily for the training of Aliases and the generation of images, and processed as described in this section. Alias Platform acts as a data controller as defined by applicable law. Alias Platform processes personal data on different legal grounds depending on the circumstances. These include performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent, where applicable. Where Alias Platform relies on consent, You may withdraw it at any time.

• Personal Data Collected: Alias Platform collects personal data when You register for an account, use our Services, or interact with our platform. This data may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, IP address, and any other information you provide or generate while using our Services.
• Purpose of Processing: Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing the Services outlined in these Terms of Use, facilitating transactions, allowing Credit-Purchase and Purchase and payment on the platform, managing Your account, providing customer support, and ensuring the overall security and functionality of the platform. Alias Platform will not use Your personal data for any other purpose.
• Legal Basis for Processing: The processing of your personal data is based on the necessity to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, comply with our legal obligations, or pursue legitimate business interests or based on your consent.

• Third-Party Service Providers: Alias Platform may share Your personal data with third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.
• Legal Requirements and Law Enforcement: Alias Platform may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your personal data are hosted on MongoDB, Google Cloud Services and RunPod using the European data centers. To perform the Services, Alias Platform currently relies on Google Cloud Services and RunPod. Moreover, pseudonymous information about Aliases, Creations and attribution will be recorded on the polygon blockchain.
